Sauna Whisk — Eucalyptus

A traditional Nordic vihta, but with a modern twist — the classic birch has been swapped for fragrant eucalyptus. Beat the whisk gently across shoulders, back and legs during a session and the leaves release a cool, clean menthol aroma that clears the sinuses and lifts the mood, while the light strokes boost circulation and open your pores.

Rehydrate in warm water for 5–10 minutes before entering the sauna; each vihta typically lasts one or two sessions before the leaves start to shed.
