Aluminium Vapour-Barrier Paper for Sauna — 30 m² roll

The aluminium-faced vapour-barrier paperthat goes behind every sauna wall and ceiling before the cladding is fitted. Its job is critical: stop moisture from your löyly working through the cladding and into the timber structure or insulation behind, where it would rot the wall out from the inside within a couple of seasons.

The reflective aluminium face also bounces radiant heat back into the sauna, adding around 10–15% to the effective performance of your heater. A single 30 m² roll typically covers a standard 6–8 m³ residential sauna.
